i found the check-in process very cute and informative. the hotel offers diverse dining, drinking, swimming, and lounging options. every restaurant and bar presented amazing coastline views. our superior king suite sea view balcony was quite spacious, offering an lovely sunset view. the complimentary airport transfer with a skilled driver added a seamless touch.
i noticed a lack of readily available information within the room. i believe providing detailed information about meal times, hotel facilities, and services directly in the room would significantly enhance the guest experience.

the hotel swimming pools are very small they are nowhere near what i would expect from a hotel limited sunbeds were available i got the impression it is policy not to do late checkouts

The large rooms featured beautiful views from the patio. I really appreciate the easy promenade access. The food and beverages were delicious. Everything. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. The hotel itself is well maintained and has polite staff. I especially liked the cleanliness of the room. The bus stop to Pile Gate is a short walk from the hotel. The view from the balcony overlooking the sea was great. The receptionist was helpful. I could request fresh lattes from the staff, and they were always happy to accommodate. The staff's proactivity.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and it had many options for all tastes. The on-site restaurants were convenient, yet several dining options are available near the resort. I found the dining experience quite enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet was totally excellent! it offered many choices. i really liked that i could use all the swimming pools and restaurants within the resort. So cool. there's a bus stop only a three-minute walk away. It goes to the pile gate of the city wall, super convenient.
the drinks were quite expensive, i must say.

I had a luxury king suite sea view balcony room. The balcony view was really great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom included L'Occitane toiletries which was a nice touch. We had half board, the restaurant food offered much choice and the staff seemed great. I noticed six swimming pools are available.

The staff provided help when asked at the reception. One waiter told me about eggs Benedict for breakfast. I could use hotel facilities after check out until my departure.
